Prayer & Worship Service
Praying Together for Great Things
We invite you to join us every Wednesday evening from 7-7:35 pm for a time of powerful prayer to touch lives and see life transformation.
What is the goal? We desire to see God work in our lives.
Why meet with other believers? The church did in the Bible we see, they came together to pray corporately (gathered), not only alone at home. Both are good. This is an outlet to pray with each other though.
What to expect? We will worship. Then we'll pray. No one will put you on spot or ask you to pray if you do not want to do so. This is prayer time to celebrate answered prayers, to lift up requests, and to rest in who God is.
Where? Prayer Service meets in the older chapel building on campus.
Kids' Ministry During? Yes, in the Education Building.
Check out this quote from one of the greatest preachers and leaders of a movement of God in modern times, Charles Haddon Spurgeon: "The condition of the church may be very accurately gauged by its prayer meetings. So is the prayer meeting a grace-ometer, and from it we may judge of the amount of divine working among a people. If God be near a church, it must pray. And if He be not there, one of the first tokens of His absence will be a slothfulness in prayer! "
If you desire to see great things along with others, brought about by God's grace, we invite you to be in prayer and worship on Wednesdays in the chapel (building with the steeple on the campus).
